Welcome to the fourth edition of the Rochdale Crossing Community Bulletin. In this edition, you'll find up-to-date information on all that's happening at Rochdale Crossing - from new tenants to on-site construction.

Rochdale Crossing shopping centre is located at the corner of Rochdale and McCarthy boulevards. This retail and professional centre is a hub for Regina's north end residents. With banking, medical and professional services, dine-in and take-out restaurants, a grocery store and two pharmacies, you'll find everything you need at Rochdale Crossing!

Since our last edition, Rochdale Crossing pole banners have been added in the parking lot, just in time for spring! As well, we've had a number of new business open their doors and we'd like to take this opportunity to welcome them to the Rochdale Crossing family.

They include: Jiffy Lube, I Like Sushi, and the newly renovated Co Op Gas Bar. Jiffy Lube has pioneered the fast oil change industry with their drive-through service bay, providing customers with fast and professional vehicle maintenance service. We are also proud to introduce I Like Sushi, a fully serviced, licensed restaurant offering a wide selection of Asian cuisine from their buffet as well as a full sushi menu. Lastly, we want to welcome the newly upgraded Co Op Gas Bar!

ROCHDALE CROSSING CO-OP GAS BAR

If you haven't been to the Rochdale Crossing Co Op Gas Bar recently, you may notice things look a bit different as the renovations are now complete!

The extensive renovations include changes to the inside of the convenience store, relocation of the Propane Bullet, and major upgrades to the Touchless Carwash. Six new pumps have been installed and the "Pay at the Pump" feature has also been added for your convenience.

A new and inviting contemporary décor and revised store layout make it easier to find what you are looking for with a wider selection of products available.

The Touchless Carwash now features the "LaserWash 360", the first of its kind to Sherwood Co Op locations in Regina.
